Stones and crystals are very special items and can not be returned. 

We make all efforts to make sure that your pieces or pieces are what you are seeking. 

We offer live, one on one purchasing via Google Chats, Messenger, or other video chat programs/apps. That way we can answer any questions or  concerns that the piece may not be as described or as shown.
