ENERGY WORK - BLWC
Blue Lagoon Wellness Center was established in 2014 as a one room office where Pat & Jo did Energy Work - Energy Healing.
As time passed Pat was led to find a new location. She receives guidance in many ways. She went to the internet for commercial spaces for rent. The Location at 1202 Floral Parkway came on the screen and felt right. The building was empty and had been for 8 months. She would go and eat lunch sitting in the parking lot dreaming of this being the next home of Blue Lagoon Wellness Center. The rent seemed to be more that she and Jo could handle. Pat finely called the real-estate agent to look inside, what could that hurt!!
Jo and Pat met the agent and walked in to the space, a ranch style home built in the 50's by an architect for his personal home. It was beautiful!! It had been remolded with fresh paint, new lighting, new carpet and tile. They had not altered the beautiful stone fire place and the knotty pine walls in the living room and the hall way. The bathrooms still had the 50's ceramic tile countertops and ceramic tile floors. Pink and White!!
There were 3 bedrooms (offices) the dining room (possible Metaphysical store which was not even in their thoughts YET!) The living room would be the reception - waiting room with the kitchen area as the break room with a refrigerator, microwave sink and even the original cabinets were there.
IT WAS PERFECT!! Pat and Jo talked about this and felt like that if the 3 offices could be leased out to cover part of the rent that they could possibly make this happen for 2 years (the length of the rental agreement) without exhausting all their savings.
They contacted the real estate agent and made and offer for the rent amount. This went on for about 2 months. Pat had told Source that if this was the place they were supposed to be make it happen. Christmas eve the agent emailed them and said out last proposal had been excepted!! An unheard of sliding scale rent for the first year that would lead up to the original asking lease amount. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
The lease started February 1st. They wanted to do some cosmetic work inside and prepare the space for Blue Lagoon Wellness Center. The landlord agreed that they could go in and start in January. He did not request the electric to be transferred into their names until February!! when the lease started. ......
